Refund Policy.
We hope you will be pleased with your experience through LiveWellFlow LLC. Should you wish to return any physical products purchased from us, we will be happy to refund a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days of receipt of the item and in original, undamaged packaging. If we determine that the product has not been returned in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective, we will also refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and in returning the item.
Digital products are generally not refundable, except with respect to specified online, on demand, digital courses offered through LiveWellFlowU, which is a course offering through LiveWellFlow LLC. With respect to online, on demand courses offered through LiveWellFlowU, unless otherwise specified in the specific terms of the course, refunds are available up to seven days after purchase.
Refunds for live (either online or in person) courses are available up until seven days before the course begins. No refunds are available after course has begun.
Refunds for the balance of payment for coaching services are available through the first paid session. The cost of the first paid session will not be refunded.
